There are a lot of great, quick questions that should allow you guys to get to know me better, so let’s get started!
Ebooks or Physical Books
Either — although I usually read ebooks.
Paperback or Hardcover
Paperback — I like being able to bend the book however I want (if you like keeping the spine of your books in tip-top shape, don’t lend me your books).
Online or In-store book shopping
In-store — There’s something about being inside a book store that’s just so therapeutic.
Trilogies or Series
Trilogies — To be honest, the reason I haven’t read most popular book series is because they’re series. I have commitment issues.
Heroes or Villains
Heroes — I like rooting for the good guy.
A book you want everyone to read
The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah — This book is set during World War 2 and is about two French sisters, Isabelle and Vianne. They are living in France during World War 2 when the Nazis occupy their country, and they must face the disturbing challenges that ensue. While Vianne wants to carry on her normal life as best she can, Isabelle wants to be on the front-line, fighting for her country. This book offers another perspective on World War 2 that I never learned about in my history classes.
Recommend an underrated book
In the Shadow of Blackbirds by Cat Winters — This is a paranormal, historical fiction book that takes place in California during 1918 Flu Pandemic. It follows a sixteen year old girl, Mary Shelley Black, who is shook when the ghost of her first love shows up in the background of a photograph taken of her. This is a very bittersweet book that touched me for reasons I can’t exactly explain.

Either — This question actually took me a while to answer (I know, I know — that defeats the purpose of the tag). I’ll usually read a book even if the plot sucks but the characters are interesting (and vice versa).
Long or Short Book
Either — I’m looking for quality over quantity, people.

I’ve never tried audiobook either! I keep planning to give it a shot but I guess I’m too lazy to *just* listen without doing anything?hahaha I also prefer trilogy, though lately I’ve been reading a lot of duology and even standalones haha great answers and thank you for tagging me ❤

Right? I know some people listen to audiobooks while they’re doing other things, but I feel like that would take away from the book experience 😕. And yeah, I also tend to stick to stand-alones. Thank you and no problemo 😁!
